Please check the product before delivery, the goods will be shipped after your inspection. if the product are damaged during the transportation without package problem. we will not bear any responsibility for damage.

After receipt of goods, please open the carton and check goods as soon as possi- ble (bulk goods within one month. the whole container within three months).If there is any problem caused by wrong delivery or poor appearance and quality, we will bear correspondingliability for damage.However, you are required to provide related pictures.

May I have your Catalog ?: Sure, you are welcomed to require a catalog, we would be appreciated that if you leave us your company name, or your website,your main interested products.

When will you ship out after I place Order ?: Most of the items are in stock, except some less favored custom-made products. We will deliver the produce within 3 days you placed the order. If by sea, we will update the tracking number in 1-2 weeks, if by air, we will update the tracking by 3-5 working days.

Is your product easy to install?: Yes, our products are designed with customer installation convenience in mind, and undergo installation testing in the early stages to ensure that customers have the shortest installation time, simple installation, and the best results before mass production. We also have a very detailed installation manual.

In which way that we ship out the products ?: Normally we highly recommend you to keep stocks for wholesalers, we ship containers by sea to you normally it takes one and half months to arrive the destination ports. Less than 5 sets, we recommend you to ship with Combine containers by sea which takes 35-60 days, normally it costs 300 usd for 1 set to the port near you.
When you go to pick up the products, you will need to pay destination cost ( around 100-500 usd depend on different countries).Also if you need them in urgent, we also provide it by sea which takes 3-7 days arrive local airport, and you have to pick up the parts at local airport and pay custom(around 100-200 usd).
For small item like grille, we will ship by EMS DHL and fedex, the shipping cost we provide is for EMS , if you need faster shipment please contact us.
